In this step, our senior team, led by our CTO, will analyze your project and trace plans to solve any potential future problems. Yet, in this phase, we’ll deliver a “Technical Viability Analysis” document, a complete estimate, and a “Game Overview Document”.
In this phase, the manager and the team study all the details of the project before getting their hands dirty. Good pre-production can save hundreds of hours in the future, as questions that might make the project take a turn in the future will be addressed now.
This is the phase where the team works full-time on the coding, art, and, gameplay features of the game. In this phase, the manager will keep the client updated about the progress weekly.
